I give the answer to ET today. I just told her sometimes work like travel,  the decision was a difficult thing for me because I was so enjoyed my working in this company. I was so lucky because I meet my head and all of good workmate. But I stay here too long and I need to change. So I want she can accept my resignation and we can keep contact in future. I will do my best before my last working day.
